Old School Geeks, LLC Shipping, Returns, and Exchange Policies
Please refer to the product details on each item for shipping times. Most of our items are made specifically for you and have a short production time.
What is our return Policy?
You may return your unused, unwashed, undamaged product for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling costs) within 20 days of purchase date. We do not offer exchanges (see below). Once we receive the item back and verify it’s quality, we will issue a refund for product the product purchase.

Contact our returns dept. at email@example.com or 858.255.9462 and request a return #. You must provide your original invoice number when requesting a return#. We do not accept returns without a return#. We are not responsible for shipping costs.

For damaged or incorrect product
We will refund or exchange any damaged or incorrect product (including shipping). If you receive damaged or incorrect product please make sure to specify this so that the proper return # can be issued. You will receive instructions on how to return the damaged or incorrect product at this time. Below is the address for damaged or incorrect product.

Once we receive the product back and verify the issue we will re-ship a replacement item.
We recommend you ship your item with a carrier that provides tracking information as well as insurance. Old School Geeks will not be held liable for products lost in transit. Turnaround time for credits and replacements is 2-4 weeks.
